Can't switch on my laptop

Hi
I'm using a Prestigio laptop and it won't switch on but does charge. I would have tried the solutions published but my laptop has a internal battery
Please help.

Which Prestigio model is it? How old is it?
Did you press the poweron button for about 1minute yet?

Its a new model notepad I think it is only a few months old and I tried holding the power botton for a minute but still....
