cant turn on samsung tv flashes 10 times what do i do

i brought a samsung tv about 1 year ago and i tried to turn it on one day and it wouldnt turn on the red light just kept flashing we got told to count the flashes and it flashed 10 times what does that mean and how may i fix this problem

No easy fix to this. Sounds like the "Samsung Capacitator Problem."
