I received a virus report after using shorte.st miner for a few days from windows defender (so I dont know how reliable that is) but I wanted to uninstall it either wary to be safe but when I tried to do so there was no way for me to do that. No uninstall file, not found in ccleaner as a program or others for that example, and whatever I looked up lead me to really shady YouTube vids saying " Oh yeah you need to download this specific uninstaller and give it admin privileges to your computer." Im out of ideas so I decided to ask for help here
Trojan:Win32/Woreflint.A!cl is the virus that was detected, and when quarantined/ removed the miner coincidentally stopped working. I decided to give it the benefit of the doubt, relaunched the miner, it "reinstalled missing files" and surprise the virus is back
