Caps Lock button Light just Blinks and Black Screen

I have a HP G62-341NR notebook
The screen stay black and the Caps Lock button Light just Blinks so far I have tried taking out the battery
unplugging the charger, holding down the power button and everything else that I'very been told to do and the Screen is still Black and the Caps Lock button Light just Blinks.
Please help

Well is the computer turning on (and just not the display) or is the whole thing not turning on?
