card is accessible on the computer but says Locked in camera

Hey guys, my camera cannon ps 580 is saying the card is locked so i tried on the laptop it's working fine.
Not sure what went wrong. It's pretty old card from my another samsung camera(it died on the duty 😛)

1) Did you write to the card on a computer or just read? You must write to test it.
2) Are you sure the memory card is compatible? Some older cameras can't use SDHC or SDXC
