Certain Flash Videos are "Stuttering"

So basically if I watch certain videos on Youtube that last up to 20+ mins , after about 5-10 mins the video starts to "stutter". Ive cleared the Flash Memory Cache in however many ways possible that there are and to no avail. All the videos seem to do it stop and start like fps lag. Ive closed all background programs but nothing works! Any pointers?

Have you tried another browser? Chrome tends to work best.

If you lower the resolution, does it work better?
