change/delete proxy selection

I cannot delete proxy setting for either chrome or IE. Have followed help directions many many times.

IE & Chrome use the same dialog boxes so no need to do both of them.

IE >> Internet Options >> Connections tab.
Click LAN Settings.

To stop using a proxy server, untick "use a proxy server for your LAN.

Click 'OK' to save new setting.

This setting will be applied to both web browsers.
