change "Mobile Favourites" storage to "Storage Card"

Does anyone know how can I change the "Mobile Favourites" to "Storage Card"
for PPC 2003 ?

I had try to change the registry as below setting, but nothing happen .....
"HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet
Settings\Cache\Content\CachePath"

FROM: "\Windows\Temporary Internet Files\"
TO: "\Storage Card\Iecache"

Your change should do it. Did you soft-reset after you made the change (not
just power off)?
