If you're talking about Windows Mobile 2003:
You can edit your registry with the freeware registry editor,
found at http
/www.phm.lu/Products/PocketPC/RegEdit/. In this
editor, go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/Software/Microsoft/Color and
add the Binary Key named "39" with the value "00 00 00 00".
That's all.
To have a permanent change, you'd need to edit your themes,
using for instance Kamware's ThemeMaker 2003
(http
/www.thememaker.biz/tm2003.htm) which gives an option to
edit the start menu text.
If you're talking about an earlier version of the Pocket PC OS,
take a look at the program the other poster mentions.
