Changing GPU on my Dell Inspiron 15 3537 Laptop

hello i have a question . can i upgrade my cpu on laptop Dell Inspiron 15 3537 Laptop (4th GenCore i7-4500U- 8 GB RAM- 1 TB HDD- (15.6) Screen- 2GB AMD Radeon HD 8850M Graphics) thanks.

Laptop cpu and gpu can rarely be upgraded.

You can, however replace a slow 5400 rpm drive with a ssd which will absolutely transform the performance of your laptop.

If you want to be able to upgrade the GPU you should go with a desktop they are normally much cheaper and can be upgraded very easily as long as you get a up-to date motherboard.

i know all of that guys ... i am a student that travels everiday and because of that cant have destop. iknow that i can get new latop it's obvious i just wanted to know if someone had this laptop and chage the gpu ... because my friend have some assus lap top that come with 2 gb graphic he sold that and give a little more money and biught 4gb one and the diference is huge and he havethat new gpu like 3 months now no problems. so because of that i asked if i can change gpu here because the lap top have good cpu . ty

Open your laptop, see if the video card is connected to an MXM slot (will look like a RAM socket a bit), if it is, it's possible you can upgrade that to another video card. Just by going from a 2 GB to a 4 GB video card of the same model won't really help with gaming speed, what he probably did was replace the system or card for a different model video card not just for one with more RAM.
