I have a library of videos Ive made for streaming through a media server. I would like to set up the genre for the different files but I can't find a way to change the file tag.

Ive found a program that works with .avi but I can't find one that works with the different high res file formats.
Any ideas??

Thanks!

cant spot any tag editor for this ,, if you wish use AVS Video editor or Sony Vegas PRo

Why don't you make .AVI file using avs or vegas & then rip it to desired size using AVI ReComp or Autogk, Handbrake

they rip it without loss of quality

I have tried to convert to AVI and using AVS and other programs the est. time to complete is about 5 hours... I have over 500 videos I'm working with is there any program that supports multi- core conversion and threading?

PC specs. intel i7 2.33 quad-core
12 gigs DDR3 Ram

I should not be having a 5 hour coversion time.
Thanks for your help so far.
