I have noticed a couple of times since my TiVo got 7.1 that it was on
channels other than where it last recorded, and I saw it again today.
When I got home, I sat down to read the paper. I turned the TV on (more
for background noise than anything), and TiVo was recording an episode
of "Modern Marvels" on the History Channel that I had not seen as a
suggestion. I finished the paper right when the credits came on, and I
picked up the remote to see what was recordings I had. I didn't see
anything that I wanted watch right then, so I hit "Live TV". The
recording had stopped, and now my TiVo was on the Sci-Fi Channel.
The next scheduled recording (not including suggestions) is on the
Sci-Fi Channel; does TiVo change the channel now as soon as it is done
with a suggestion? That could be useful.

I don't speak for anybody but myself - that's enough trouble.
