Cheap everyday laptop

ive been asked to pick my dad a laptop, he uses his current one for general work stuff so (excel word etc) uses the internet a lot, something fast and with a quick start up would be brilliant.

Something with slightly above basic graphic capabilites would be nice, just incase i want to do something on it from time to time, games like (league of legends and minecraft nothing too advanced)

a ssd would be prefered and a cpu that runs at 3ghz+ (but not to important)

Look at the lenovo g range or the dell inspiron 3000 range. You could also look at the asus n series as an alternative.
