Cheap solution for recording games via composite video

Well as my title says i would like to record "Classic" games from my PS2, but the problem is the recording boxes/tv tuners and etc. are pretty expensive, but if someone could suggest me older models from 2012/ and back that supports 480p NTSC/PAL, probably that can be connected either PCI or PCIEx1.

Well i wanted to record from original PS2 console.

Every electronic store these days sells little USB capture cards with software for "digitize your VHS collection".

I've tried and the quality is "Totally" bad, 240p, and my ps2 is slim version soo thats an another problem.
I could record from PC software PCSX2 but there is incompatibility with games and software.
