Choice of laptops

I am planning to buy a laptop. I prefer to buy 2-in-1 laptop. MY mostly usage will be as laptop with occasionally using as tablet as well. My few requirement are (must):

- Processor iCore 5 or iCore7
- Screen size at least 15"
- RAM at least 8 GB with option of upgradation.
- budget below $1000

Cany anyone help me in suggesting laptops models, meeting above minimum requirements? Thanks in advance.
