Choose laptop adapter(charger?)

Hello guys! I have a laptop that doesn't have an adapter(charger is named? idk), and i want to buy one. It is made by Toshiba and it is a Qosmio x300-130. Model number is PQx32E-02600QG3 and serial number is X8151456K.

I want one that is under 50 euro because I don't have much money.
Is the current adapter compatible, and the seller is good?

Well according to this other link, the power brick is compatible with the Qosmio X300 series; it is also sold by the same brand. Is Upbright a good company? I don't know. You will have to read through the reviews to find out for yourself.
