I'm using chrome 58 on an acer computer. when I type into some text fields (twitter, tumblr, linked-in) it moves my first letter to the back of the message (example "i'm free at 3" would read "'m free at 3i". I don't know how to stop this. it started about a week ago, and I've restarted my computer, restarted chrome, nothing. This only happens in chrome, but I don't want to lose my bookmarks and such with switching to another browser. Please help!

You should be able to save (export) your bookmarks to a file on the computer, then uninstall Chrome. Reboot, then download and reinstall Chrome and once is it up, import the bookmarks back into the browser.
Just make sure you also save any other info you need, like log in IDs or Passwords. If you leave yourself logged in all the time or save passwords.

Then I would start to wonder if it isn't the browser but something else effecting it. An add-on perhaps, another program, virus, malware, etc.
