Chrome not loading correctly (Webpage only showing TEXT)

My daughter has been trying to play this game ROBLOX for three days but I can't find out why. I've restarted the PC, restored Chrome, deleted everything off of Chrome, checked and troubleshooted Internet, and nothing.

If it is on only that one site, it may well be them. Try contacting their tech people about it.
