Chrome not loading pages

Hello! Everytime I turn my PC on, chrome won't load pages after about 3 minutes for like 1 minute. It will happen the same 6 minutes after the boot up. There is like a 1 one minute window when I cannot access the net and it's really annoying since I use my google account to save my bookmarks.
This won't happen in either Firefox or Edge.
I've already tried cleaning cache and reinstalling chrome - no success.
I've read around that having many TAP-Windows Adaptars could be an issue, which in my case I have like 100 switched-off ones. Should I mess up with it?
Thanks in advance!

Do you need use TAP-Windows adapters? I read about them never used them. If you do not need them. disable IPv6 [ should be a tab] in your wifi cards settings see if you can connect better. Even if you need them this will test if they are the causing the issue.

Thanks for your reply!
It turned out it was a conflict with Avast Antivirus software. I had to make a clean reinstall of it due to another issue and after that the problem with Chrome disappeared!
