Cinema 4D sudden viewport lag! (help needed asap)

So yesterday I was installing some themes for my windows 10, however i tried to run cinema 4d and found the viewport really laggy even though the fps is high! (I don't know how the hell can this even happen), like i am getting 200-300 fps but it looks more like 5-15 fps in viewport. i have some important work to do and can't work like that, i un-installed the themes thinking it might be the issue but nothing changes.

this is not opensource software.. probably you should contact the cinema4d developers for support.

I couldn't really find good section for this one, however i just did system restore and everything is working great
