Cingular sim card 64K smart chip- how many mhz

Can anyone tell me if the cingular 64K smart chip sim card in my phone is 1900MHZ?
I am trying to figure out if it would be compatible with a KA08 mini SC-iphone. My cingular sim is currently in a Motorola which I have had for several years, so I don't know if it's compatible.

By the way, we are on an AT&T contract now (bought out Cingular a few years ago), so I don't know if that makes a difference
