Class 6 vs Class 10 micro sd for galaxy s3

looking for a 32gb micro sd for under $30 but under $25 would be best. Does it make a significance difference if its class 10 vs class 6. I found some what do you think:

unless your going to install films to your mico sd card i wouldnt bother, however if you root your phone that allows you to install apps to your micro sd card, a class 10 would be useful in that aspect. but for $2 more you might as well.
