I am cloneing a hard drive that is 80GB is size and will be replacing it with a much larger on. I am using clonezille to make an image of the whole hard drive. When I go to put that image on the new hard drive will Windows see the new hard drive size or will it still see 80GB? Is there some setting in clonezilla I can set so the full amount of the hard drive is visible to Windows?

Solution
Clonezilla does not resize partitions, so the system will still see an 80GB volume. You will have to manually resize the partition after imaging. One of the best solutions is to download one of the many linux live CD/DVD .iso's, boot it, and use something like gparted to do the resizing.
