CMD opens automatically and try to launching a program

So i have this virus that i couldn't remove with any software (malwarebytes, adwCleaner, and others)
and i keep getting this annoying cmd popup saying this : windows cannot find 'C:\Users\yassin\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\avdwucve\eejhsvrf.exe' make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again

sound like the malware got deleted but a schedule job still try to run it.

Open task scheduler and see if it's in there. If it is, remove it.
As @rdg1101 said, it has been removed but the cron is still being run by windows.
