color changes in one pixel

I got an Acer W4 windows 8.1 tablet, normally there is nothing wrong with the display (for example right now that Im typing) or when Im playing with it BUT sometimes I see a colorful dot on my screen, I thought its a dead pixel, I checked my tablet with Udpixel and I didnt find any dead pixel
it is usually ok but sometimes bothers me
help!!!

This may be a stuck pixel, which differs from a dead pixel. You can attempt to eliminate the problem by using JScreenFix:

tnx metalicgeek, based on the definition that jscreenfix provides I think THIS is my problem but again I couldnt fix it. it is so weird !!! when I have even the black screen nothing is wrong but as I activate my keyboard there appears a red dot on my "a" botton on the left corner
