Hello,
I had a virus on my account and it is now fixed now my internet explorer doesn't work and everytime I type in a command it says "not recognized as an internal or externa command, operable program or batch file

What AV programs do you have? Try downloading (from a different computer) AVG, Avast, etc and installing/running in safe mode.

You can also use hijackthis. Do a scan and post in their forums what to do.
