Solved! Command Prompt Popping Up

I mistakenly download some files and after i run it, it downloaded some unauthorized app in my pc and the cmd popping up, after that i run some chkdsk, malwarebytes also sfc scan now, and all the malware and virus are deleted but then command prompt suddenly popping up with something windows cant find in my user appdata roaming windows folder, i already chkdsk and run malware bytes and also sfc/scannow but still it's happening. also did the msconfig hide all microsoft and disabled all and the task scheduler, but still it's occuring .

Where did you don't files from? Try reinstall the os.

The cmd is trying to locate a virus that was deleted during the scanning process, which is located at the users app data microsoft windows something

See if you can restore to a period earlier before the download...

IN search window, type 'restore'....

choose the most recent date prior to mistaken download....
