Compac to PC quirkiness.

Hello,

I currently have a Compac Pocket-PC and have decided to connect to the
computer.

Everything seems to be connected and managed to set up the Active Sync 3.7.1
to the point where the Pc is talking to the computer.

There is an interesting quirk. My MS-Outlook uses features like calendar,
tasks and contacts list.

The problem is that only the tasks seemed to be syncing but not the others.
I am reading some message on the status bar something like "Sync into the
device"

I am sure that the problem is on my end so I am wondering if someone be able
to help me out.

There is a little update but the problem is the same.

The message when syncronising is as follows, "Sync status is on the devide"

I have also noticed that on the Pocket-PC I see an error when I tried to
sync from the PDA. There is an error message code "CONNMGR_36"

I hopre that some could help.

Hi Tropicana,

Might be that your PocketPC is trying to sync up with a
non-existent server. In ActiveSync, go to:

- Tools > Options
- Uncheck 'Enable synchronization with a server'

Let me know if that solves the problem.
