compile a .vbe into a exe

How do I compile a .vbe into .exe?

I have a .vbs script that contains the password and require it to be secure. Instead of compiling the .vbs into a .exe (less secure), I have compiled the .vbs into a .vbe and now would like to compile it into a .exe

Please can someone tell me what tool to use to do this?

Let's back up a step or two:

Why do you have the password contained in the vbs/vbe/exe? What happens when the password changes?

It is only a temp work around for a short period. If it turns into the long term fix, i will be documenting the instructions with the script template.

But I don't think going from vbs to vbe to exe is any more or less secure than going directly from vbs to exe.
