Component msflxgrd ocx one of its dependiency not correctly registered

Hello, sir/madam when i establish my connection in visual basic after test connection suceeded a error shown "component 'MSFLXGRD.OCX' or one of its dependency not correctly regestered : a file missing or invalid " this type of message box is shown so what i do to prevent this.........please answer....?
