Computer Audio Buzzing

In order to hear the sound from my xbox one i have it connected to my monitor with hdmi and have an aux cord going from my monitor to my pc. I can hear the sound from my xbox one but there is a buzzing. When my phone is connected to my pc with an aux cord there is no buzzing. How do i fix this?

Sounds like you need a ground loop isolator.

What exactly does it do?
