My sisters Wifi-Network was compromised by a hacker. I believe the hacker got through from the WPS (Wifi Protected Setup) because he continued to connect to the network despite router/WIFI password changes and even only allowing specific Mac Address's to connect. Regardless of how he got in, we have switched over to a purely wired setup.
The reason for this post is her computer is running suspiciously slow, and due to the known breach I figured it would be wise to comb through her system. I have come across the process's Service Host:... (see attached picture) which appear suspicious. I am not very familiar with Windows 8.1 so these could be completely innocent but I thought I would ask you (the community) to see if you could tell me more about them. Also is there any advice you might have on how to ensure this hacker hasn't left anything malicious on her computer?

Thanks.
