Computer Setup - would you recommend this?

I'm starting a computer setup. Would you recommend this?

and the Samsung U28D590D "affordable" 4K monitor.

Do you think that this would be enough for me?

I need:

A good laptop that lasts at least 6 hours of web browsing
A big, high-resolution monitor
A high-performance machine

The monitor may be a little overkill, but you know, 4K is the next big thing, I thought.

For the monitor what should I use? HDMI, or DisplayPort? I think I'll do HDMI.

Mainly web browsing with 20 tabs, YouTube videos, word and excel documents, and gaming. Sometimes I may do other stuff, though that's mainly all.

Well laptops cheaper than that that I've seen aren't that great. Literally.
