Computer suddenly slowed down

Hi guys, I was wondering if you could help me figure out what happened to my computer. It was functioning perfectly fine yersterday but now its a lot slower. I've tried scanning my computer with Anti-malware bytes and while it did detect a virus, the problem wasn't solved after the virus was deleted.

My configuration:

Intel I7-4790
MSI motherboard
RAM 12 gb ddr4
GPU NVIDIA GTX 970
HDD 1 TB Sata III
PSU Cooler Master 600W

You can try another psu, or check your hard drive with the manufacturer's diagnostic tool for errors.

In command prompt type "chkdsk" or "sfc /scannow" to check for and fix errors in windows installation.
