computer want bring up dialog box to tranfer pics from camera.

I have been transferring pics for 3 years on my computer but now all it does is click but want show dialog box to let me import.

Take the memory card out of the camera and insert it in a card reader. Another option is to connect the camera to a different computer.

The problem is with the camera (memory card), computer hard disk, or the cable that you are using. What is the make and model of the camera?
