computer won't turn on

Hey guys my moms laptop hasnt tuned on at all and every time I click the power button a light bulb in the corner of the laptop turns on I looked it up and it means in hibernation mode I looked up ways to take it out of hibernation mode and I took out the battery pressed the power button for 30 seconds put it back in and nothing please help me her laptops an asus

try to plug charger to laptop and do not power up,make shore the battery have charged,is it have battery power indicator if do,and show battery have charge then try unplug charger remove battery and hold power button for a minute or so and plug charger back and try power on.

try removing the battery and use the charger then try to switch it on,if it doesn't then take out the hdd then switch it on,if still not then take out one ram chip off and try again...hope it helps
