Solved! conexant smartaudio does not show up after cloning to SSd intel

No sound. I cloned my T420 Win 7 Pro to a Intel ssd5 sound,video and game controllers are there on the old drive but not on the cloned new drive.
(redone 4 times) Everything else works fine.

Which cloning software did you use?

Does this laptop have a hardware switch to turn off audio or is it disabled in BIOS?

Drivers reinstalled yet from the laptop manufacturer´s homepage?

I used Intel data migration twice and Mini-tool partition wizard twice. (I've used both of these programs before without a hitch on HP's). Windows is activated and updated..I went back to the BIOS looking for sound on or off Re set to the Default Old drive works fine, sound and game control show up in the device mgr. In the new cloned drive their gone.

Be sure all drivers and utilities are still installed or recognized correctly. Reinstall drivers and tools
