AFAIK the only way to know what is in ROM versus what you added later is to
refer back to the original documentation, box, or website of your device.
also note: Ipaq's do have the "Ipaq File Store" which is a small bit of
storage in ROM. anything stored in there will be retained during a hard
reset, so if your wiping your device clean to sell it make sure you manually
check the Ipaq file store with the file explorer.
