Connect Dynamic audio AT 300 studio monitor to Audio decoder? Bare wire to plug?

You have to have an amplifier, and really an integrated amplifier with a volume control. The digital to analog device you show is just that a digital decoder that creates a low level multi-channel analog signal. You then need a volume control and amplifier to get that to a set of speakers.
