Connect my LG blueray DVD home theater system and my insignia soundbar with my Vizio D series smart TV

I have a Vizio Smart TV D series and I also have a LG 3D Blu-ray DVD home theater system and I also have an Insignia Soundbar and I'm trying to get them all to work consecutively to have surround sound

You would not use the soundbar and the HTS together. Using them together would distort the surround sound effect you want.
Use the LG HTS.
