connect to another IP address within the same LAN

My PC is 192.168.1.108; VoIP telephone server is 192.168.1.110, static. Def Gateway is 192.168.1.1; VoIP is hardwired Ethernet, PC is wireless. How do I connect my PC to VoIP server using web browser?

Type "http://192.168.1.110" into the address bar. This assumes that the telephone server has a web interface. The Gateway is irrelevant.
