Connect tv to soundbar

I have a toshiba 40L1333 tv that has no audio optical socket. Also have an LG LAS260B soundbar that's only connection is an audio optical socket.
Any help on getting these connected.
Not a tecnical wizard but a lady of 60yrs so any help in easy to follow instruction would be very much appriciated

Looks like both the TV and Soundbar support 3.5mm Aux cables

Analogue audio (Cinch) | Audio (mini jack)

Can;t find images of the rear of the TV to confirm exactly where it is.... but 3.5mm to 3.5mm should be possible.


Alternatively, it does support Digital Audio out via Coax..... so an adapter Coax to Toslink (optical) would work too.... but that's the more "expensive" option at ~$25.

Actually, given the labelling as "SPDIF", I'd suspect there may have been an adapter included...
