Connecting HD Projector, Xbox, and or Blue with an older receiver

I have an Epson 707 Powerlite HD Projector. I like to connect a new Sony Blu Ray or an Xbox 360. All have HDMI connections but I want to use my older stereo receiver to run the audio from these devices which does not have HDMI. What do I do? What do I need?

or if the projector has a audio output and if it forwards the sound from the hdmi ports you could bring a cable back from it to the sound system

Since your projector has only 1 HDMI Input you can get a switch like this one that has audio out for your receiver and will allow you to use multiple sources without changing cables.

I found a product that should work perfectly, it is a HDMI Audio Extractor for about $25 on Amazon.
