You need an ACTIVE converter. Splicing is not going to do it. One is digital, the other - analog. I am an electronics enthusiast, I don't see it being done without a power adapter and PCB. In any case - why risk ruining cables over a $15-20 dollar item?

I am trying to connect my HDMI cord and wiring it into rca cords. So how do i splice the hdmi into rca
You don't. Completely different cables. HDMI is digital, RCA is analog. Aside from the fact there is much more inside an HDMI wire than the 2 wires inside an RCA.
Couldn´t see a MiniHDMI port in your link, did you edit it or maybe you saw the USB port?
It clearly says "Mini HDMI" on the page I posted initially. Look at it again. Well.. if you didn't see it either, I don't feel so bad anymore LOL. Unless of course what they really meant was "Musou Mini" - HDMI. But I suspect it's actually Mini HDMI. No, I didn't edit it, that would be rather redundant. Yes it has an older mini-USB port on the side for power, but that's not what I was referring to.
