In my home theatre system, i'm not able to connect my rear channels with speaker wires directly to the main receiver. Instead, im forced to use a device that connects to the output of my receiver, sends the signal wirelessly across the room to a small receiving amp that i connect the rear channels to.

The problem is that the amp is too weak. Dialing the knob to the max volume still doesnt satisfy my needs.

Am i able to connect another amp in between the wireless receiving amp and the rear speakers to increase the volume?

For example one of those cheap T amps you can find on ebay. Also, will it matter if its some cheap $30 T amp? Will sound quality suffer, or is it an either it works or doesnt situation?

Yes you can. You would need one of these:

to drop the output to line level to connect another amp. Be aware that these little T amps have less power than the initial spec tells you. Usually have to dig down into the fine print to see the real power. Check the specs of the speakers and compare. If you can find a used stereo receiver that would probably be more powerful although bigger.
Since it is your rear channels I would not be too concerned about the loss of quality.
