Connecting Phono (RCA) to Speakers

Hi all,
I have an Ion Profile Pro record player, equipped with RCA Line Out cables. I need to adapt these to a set of Toshiba speakers equipped only with black & red speaker wire clips.

Can anyone suggest a proper fix? Much Appreciated!!
