Connecting sound touch bar with hdmi arc to non hdmi arc tv

I have a bose sound touch bar 300 system. It has an HDMI input and HDMI output with ARC. My problem is my tv(sony bravia KLV-EX430) doesnt have an HDMI arc port or a optical audio out port . It has a normal HDMI port. How can i connect my sound bar to tv ? Is there any converter option i can use ?

TV has analog audio output (shared with the headphone out). You would need on of these
