Connecting WD media player to portable dvd player?

Hello,
Is it possible to connect a WD media player to a portable DVD player with screen?I want to view my music files via usb harddrive then play them through my Hi Fi system.Cheers Dave

The WD HD Media player can connect via HDMI, composite, or RCA.
