Constant buzzing through speakers

Hey my Philips PA 560b integrated stereo amplifier is constantly buzzing with nothing hooked up can't control it with volume what would be the problem just bought it and can't get it to work

Buy an outlet tester and see if there are any wiring faults. This can often be traced to a bad or missing ground.
