Thanks for checking my thread.

I have an ENHANCE Scoria Headset that I bought on Amazon, and lately it's been a bit... Off.

There's a low, bass-y thumping constantly going off in the headset. It does it when there's no other sound playing, it does it when there is sound playing, it does it when the volume on both the headset and the computer are off/muted, and it even does it when the device is disabled.

The only thing that stops the thumping is unplugging the headset, or turning off the computer.

Does anyone have any ideas on how I could fix it? Maybe it's a program? I noticed it started happening first after I signed up for Windows Insider updates.

Thanks.

Hmm. Thats a hardware interference sound. Look for things that are operating at higher frequencies. Sometimes a poorly unshielded PSU will do it.

Update: It went away on its own after a while. It eventually came back, though. I tried it on another PC, and it still did the thumping, so the issue is definitely within the headset itself...
